Barito Signs Deal to Buy Stake in Madura Block
JAKARTA PT Barito Pacific said it signed an agreement May 5 to buy a 49 percent stake in PT Petrogas Pantai Madura.The deal gives Barito a 4.9 percent share in Madura Offshore PSC, an oil and gas operation in which Petrogas has a 10 percent stake, Barito said in a statement to the stock exchange Friday. - Bloomberg
