On June 11, 2026, Bakti Barito held the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of SDN 3 Sukanegla in Garut, as part of efforts to promote the implementation of a circular economy.

This program was initiated by Bakti Barito with support from Kitabisa ORG and in collaboration with technology partner BLU (Biru Langit Utama). Approximately 15 tons of low-value plastic waste were repurposed into various building components—ranging from bricks, floor panels, ceilings, roofing, and pipes to window and door frames—to provide two classrooms and two toilet units for students at SDN 3 Sukanegla.
