PT Chandra Daya Investasi Tbk, a subsidiary of Chandra Asri Group, officially announced its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the stock code CDIA. As an infrastructure company focused on the energy, water, logistics, and port and storage sectors, CDIA is committed to supporting the growth of national and regional industries by providing integrated, efficient, and sustainable infrastructure services.
Through this IPO, CDIA will offer up to 10% of its fully paid-up capital after the IPO, with a price range of IDR170–IDR190 per share. The funds raised will be allocated for logistics business expansion, including the purchase of ships and subsidiary operations, as well as the development of storage infrastructure such as tanks, ethylene pipelines, and other supporting facilities. This step is part of a long-term strategy to strengthen the role of Chandra Asri Group, which is the parent company of CDIA, as a reliable and relevant industrial growth partner in the Southeast Asia region.
