Jakarta, 31 Mar, 2026 - PT Barito Pacific Tbk. (“Barito Pacific”, “BRPT” or the “Company”) today released its audited consolidated financial statements for the full year of 2025:
Agus Pangestu, the Company’s President Director states that:
“We are pleased to report a strong full-year performance in 2025, underscoring Barito Pacific’s continued journey of transformation and growth. This achievement reflects the strength of our integrated platform across energy, chemicals, and infrastructure, supported by disciplined execution, resilient operations, and a solid financial position. Throughout the year, we advanced our strategic priorities, including the expansion of our regional footprint, deepening integration within our chemicals business, and strengthening our renewable energy portfolio. These efforts were complemented by ongoing initiatives in infrastructure and capital optimization, enhancing our resilience amid evolving market conditions.
2025 was a defining year of accelerated growth for the Company, underscoring the effectiveness of our strategic transformation and clear direction. Revenue rose significantly to US$7,631 million, representing a 220% year-on-year increase, while net profit after tax climbed to US$1,616 million — reflecting both our expanding scale and continued operational discipline. This performance was driven by the successful integration of Aster Chemicals and Energy Pte. Ltd. (ACE), strengthening earnings visibility and regional presence, alongside steady contributions from Barito Renewables supported by capacity expansion, improved generation, and continued cost discipline. As a result of these strategic initiatives, the Group’s asset base expanded by approximately 65% to US$17.4b, further reinforcing our scale and long-term growth foundation.
We continued to deliver strong strategic progress across our portfolio. Through our downstream expansion, the Group strengthened its position with the acquisition of Chevron Phillips Singapore Chemicals—now rebranded as Aster Polymer Solutions (APS), with its 400 KTA HDPE facility immediately value-accretive and enhancing our integrated marketing reach across Southeast Asia, China, and Australia. Construction of the CA-EDC plant in Cilegon surpassed 50% completion, keeping us on track for a 1Q27 start-up and advancing Indonesia’s chemical self-sufficiency. We also expanded our infrastructure and logistics capabilities through CDI Group, while Barito Renewables achieved key milestones, including completion of the Salak retrofit and binary (24.3MW) and continued progress at Wayang Windu, supporting our pathway to over 1GW of geothermal capacity by end-2026. In addition, the Java 9 & 10 USC power plant (2,000MW) was completed on time, on budget, and safely.
We entered 2026 on a solid footing, underpinned by resilient operating performance and early contributions from our recent strategic initiatives, including the continued integration and growth of Chandra Asri. While the near-term environment remains dynamic amid rising geopolitical tensions, we maintain a stance of cautious optimism, supported by our integrated platform, disciplined execution, and diversified portfolio. These strengths position us well to deliver a resilient first quarter and sustain performance through the cycle. Over the longer term, Barito Pacific remains firmly committed to its transformation journey—anchored in innovation, resilience, and disciplined growth—as we continue to build a stronger, more future-ready group.
