Jakarta, 30 Oct 2026 – PT Barito Pacific Tbk. (“Barito Pacific”, “BRPT” or the “Company”) today released its unaudited consolidated financial statements for the first nine months of 2026.
Agus Pangestu, the Company’s President Director, stated:
“The first nine months of 2026 continued to present a challenging operating environment for the global energy and industrial sectors, amid persistent geopolitical uncertainty and market volatility. Against this backdrop, our diversified Energy, Chemicals, and Infrastructure platform demonstrated its resilience, with the breadth of our portfolio providing stability and reinforcing the strength of the Group’s integrated business model.
For the first nine months of 2026, the Group delivered EBITDA of US$1,405 million and consolidated net profit after tax of US$616 million, reflecting resilient operating performance and disciplined execution across our businesses. We also maintained a sound capital structure, with net debt-to-equity at 0.77x, preserving financial flexibility to support our ongoing investments and long-term growth ambitions.
Across the portfolio, we continued to strengthen our earnings base and advance strategic priorities. Chandra Asri Group is expanding its presence across Energy & Chemicals, Integrated Infrastructure, and Mobility Solutions, while leveraging synergies between its Singapore and Indonesian operations to enhance supply reliability, operational integration, and regional competitiveness. Meanwhile, Barito Renewables continued to advance its geothermal expansion, with the completion of the Darajat Unit 3 retrofit (+8.55MW) in October bringing total geothermal installed capacity to 934.5 MW and further strengthening our position in Indonesia’s renewable energy sector.
Looking ahead, we remain focused on executing our strategic growth pipeline while maintaining investment discipline. Our Chlor-Alkali and Ethylene Dichloride (CA-EDC) project in Indonesia has reached 80% construction completion and remains on track for commissioning in 2027. In parallel, the continued expansion of our geothermal portfolio is expected to increase total installed geothermal capacity to above 1 GW by year-end.
As we continue to evolve into a leading regional energy and industrial group, our priorities remain clear: building a more diversified and resilient portfolio, strengthening operational and financial discipline, and delivering sustainable long-term value for our shareholders. Through our integrated platform and disciplined execution, we are positioning Barito Pacific to capture emerging growth opportunities while navigating market cycles and contributing to Indonesia’s long-term economic development.

FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS
Consolidated net revenue increased 56.3% YoY to US$8,694 million in 9M26, mainly attributable to:
- Higher net revenue from our subsidiary Chandra Asri Group, owing mostly to extraordinary refinery performance and stronger revenue from the infrastructure segment.
- Higher revenue of 9.6% YoY in renewable energy segment, reaching US$501 million in 9M26. The growth was mainly supported by higher geothermal generation from increase capacity following retrofit project and stable wind output during the period.
EBITDA and Net Profit After Tax reached US$1,405 million and US$616 million.
9M26 EBITDA remained robust at US$1,405 million as a result of robust refinery margin, integration of our retail fuel segment and continued cost efficiencies in our renewable energy segment. In line with robust operational achievement, we delivered 9M26 net profit after tax of US$616 million.
The comparison against 9M25 reflects an exceptionally high base due to the bargain purchase gain recognised from Aster acquisition. Excluding this non-recurring gain, we continue to deliver strong operational and financial performance, demonstrating the resilience and strength of its underlying business
Total Assets and Total Liabilities
As of 9M26, our Total Assets stood at US$19,578 million with capital structure continued to be at a healthy level. Despite rising volatility and high uncertainty, we have maintained a strong liquidity profile, with net debt to equity remaining stable at 0.77x.
